Injection volume and dose are not a calculation

Hey Bill, it creates that relation/connection when you build a protocol after using the calculator. But if you're creating a protocol first, you're right - it's not connected.
Since this is as designed (for now), I am going to move this to feature request board.

Stephanie that makes sense. But It’s a little strange that I can set a unit volume and dose in mcg that does not make any sense. You have warnings in other places, and this is an easy yet critical mistake to make. Especially since the dilution is right there, so you really should not be able to create a combination that does not make sense (ie this dilution, and number of units could not possibly be 250mcg)

Just adding…this app is amazing overall. Just thought this was surprising as I had to calculate and enter my own # of units

Bill Bonnefil Oh I misunderstood the request, there does need to be a barrier here to protect that. Looking into it!

Bill Bonnefil I pushed out an update that redoes this a bit. There's nothing stopping a user from entering a dose but setting their own injection amount but with the update UI it allows you to run that calculation when buildind a protocol and it will now have a warning when you don't - which you can turn off that warning in your App Preferences. However, the core piece of being able to calculate in the drawer is now there.
Editing to add that you need to force close the app 2 times to get the update.
